A bottle Champagne, chocolate and a sweet note as welcoming gift

Bathroom

Breakfast Room

Minibar

Lounge Bar

View from the bar

Internet Corner

Jacuzzi & Sauna

I've finally settled back in home and got back to my daily routine although I already miss Budapest so much. Especially do I miss this incredible hotel that I was able to call home for a couple days.

Hotel Parlament is a 4 star stylish new boutique hotel centrally located in Budapest, close to the Parlament.
Decorated in a minimalist style, the hotel features 65 individually designed, modern guest rooms with chic furnishings, flat-screen TVs, air-conditioning, free buffet breakfast and free high-speed Internet access.

The uniquely designed hotel bar offers a selection of Italian coffee specialties, a wide range of teas, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages along with snacks and sandwiches. The free buffet breakfast is served in the hotelís restaurant. Room service is also available during breakfast time. During "Happy Hour" (10:00 am to 5:00 pm) free tea, coffee, mineral water and snacks are available to all guests. Leisure facilities include a Jacuzzi and a Sauna open from 6 am to 10 pm. Additional hotel services and facilities include 24-hour reception, ticket/reservation services, an internet corner, a library with international newspapers and two conference rooms that can accommodate up to 60 people in total.

We were friendly welcomed at the reception by a lovely lady. Although we were a bit early to check in, she immediately took action to arrange everything for us. Before we got to our room, we spent some time at the Lounge Bar drinking coffee and eating snacks.

In our room was this nice welcoming gift including Champagne, chocolate and a very sweet note. They already had me with the chocolate. I'm such a sucker when it comes to sweets esp. when it's one of my favourite chocolate. How did they know?

What I loved during our stay the most was the variety you had each morning for breakfast. From bread to salad, fruits, meat, juice, yogurt, cereals, tea, coffee the list goes on. Really all things covered up.

The Spa area was a big plus as well. After a long, exhausting tourist day including a lot of walking we needed a place to chill out so every evening we spent a lot of time on our own at the spa. I could literally sleep in the Jacuzzi, so warm and cozy.

I already miss this place and Budapest. Hope I can visit soon again.
If you ever going to be in Budapest this is a hotel that I would highly recommend and is worth all the money. More details (here).

Much Love xx

Happy new week y'all!

Today's post is all about our last official day in Budapest. On that day we decided to go on a hop on hop off tour on a boat and of course did lots of eating.

We've started the one hour boat tour in the afternoon and saw a lot of places like the Parlament, Chain Bridge and many more. It's a whole different view when you see it all right from the water, like literally in it. It  was a very cool tour and we had just the perfect weather for such a tour.
My bestie and I literally turned the boat into a photoshoot and took the best advantage of it. I mean how often can you be on a boat in a foreign country right?  Despite the fact that we weren't the only ones on the boat. We  had like 20 people with us but that didn't distract us from doing our thing.

After the tour ended we hopped on another bus to grab something to eat after a adventures day. Before the tour started we already had lunch but to be honest it wasn't quite the deal. The prices were on the expensive side so I expected something at least appropriated but it wasn't at all. I ordered the Gulasch again because the day before I had like the best Gulasch ever so I thought I wouldn't go wrong with it since it's a national meal. But I was totally wrong and literally had to forced myself to eat at least a bit. After all, I paid for it so why shouldn't I take advantage of it.

Nevertheless, with that being said it was more than fair enough that we went for another round at this very beautiful restaurant called New York Salon. Did you see all this amazing golden architectures? To die for right? I immediately fell in love with the place and couldn't hold myself back from taking pictures. Everything there was on point. The waiters, the food, location ..just all in all perfect.
If you're ever going to visit Budapest this is a place I would highly recommend! And also they had this amazing apple cake that literally killed me that evening. I ordered twice and wanted to go for a third but I already had like so many things on my plate.

Anyways, there is one last post from Budapest coming up an it's about my stay at Parlament Hotel.
Stay tuned!

Much Love xx

OUTFIT: WHAT I WORE TO CHURCH

// Tee & Pants: Monki // Sandals: H&M // Sunnies: Vintage // Watch: Casio //

I literally could get use to this weather. It's all warm and the wind is freshly blowing through my face and I finally get to spend more time outsides.

However, to be honest I don't know what to talk about today so I'll just make it short.
Today I decided to add some pop of colors to my usual plain outfits. Since it is spring I feel like trying more things, challenging myself and create myself new. Don't get me wrong; I'll always love my plain and monochrome outfits but I think it's time to add some colors to it. I guess you've been all tired of seeing my monochrome looks right?

Anyways, with that beeing said I wish you all a great sunday and a wonderful, productive week ahead!

EVENT: PRESS DAYS AW 15

K - MB agency

absolution  PR

 BOLD agency

Styleheads agency

// Blazer & Top: Gina Tricot // Short Pants: H&M // Sneaker: Nike // Watch: Casio //

Major photoblast, I know but this is what press days is all about.

Press days are twice a year for 2 days over here in Berlin and esp. journalists, bloggers, people from magazines and fashion interested people can visit all the german pr agencies for small talks, inside scoop on new collections, new brands and delicious finger food.

To be honest this was my first time attending the press days since I missed the last ones last year so I made sure that I'll be attending this year and won't pass the date. Due to my vacation I was only able to attend the second day of press days. So, my girl Samah and I made a list of which agencies to visit and so on. There are like 30 or even more agencies who are open for this occassion. Which means we needed to make up our mind and pick out just a few agencies to visit and which to skip. But never mind those that we couldn't visit we'll surely visit later on this year.

Our first stop was at K-MB agency who have lot of brands to offer like: Bershka, American Apparel, Sleek, Vans and so on.

Second stop: absolution Pr with brands like Valmano, Marc Stone, Reno and so on.

Next stop: BOLD agency which somehow was my favourite because they had those great tacos that are literally to die for. I even ordered twice and almost went for a third time but blame it on our short schedule. The presented brands and labels that were at this agency were: BLK DNM, Casio, Forever 21, Mavi and many more. Besides a photobooth they also had a fortune teller. What a great idea right?

Our last stop was at Styleheads agency with brands like: Slendertone, beats by dr. dre., JD sports, Smiley and many more. The girls over there were just so cute and lovely. Can't wait to visit again!

Well, this was pretty much all that we came up doing that day and I hope that next time we'll get to visit even more.

Have you ever been to any kind of these events?

Happy weekend! xx
